So you spent hours transferring all of your audio from tape or LP to your PC. Now what? It sounds just like it always has, right? Hissy, and scratchy, and crackly, like some people you could name. But your audio can be better! Your audio can be clear as crystal, or nearly so.
Maybe you recorded a lecture, and want to, ya know, shorten it up a bit, maybe take out some rambling mumbo-jumbo, or take out some side conversations? Perhaps you just want to remove gaps in the presentation, you know, those pauses while the speaker is looking for notes, or trying to get that presentation to work? We can take that all out for you.
Here’s a question we get all the time: So and so sings a song, but we’d like to have sound effects added; can you do that? In a word, Yes! Our engineers love to find just the right bit of sound, or punchy music to punctuate lyrics, or even those boring stuffy lectures. We can’t make your brother or sister sing better though, so don’t ask.
I have some audio and I’d like to insert music in the background; can you do that? Yes we can. We’ve done weddings, funerals, graduation ceremonies, and yes, even those maddening lectures. You must provide the background music of your choice.
Transferring Audio
Currently, we only accept audio via Dropbox. If you need a Dropbox account, click the above link. Sign-up is very fast and easy. After we receive payment, we will share a Dropbox folder with you. You will receive an email with the link to the folder into which you can simply paste your audio files. When we are done with the audio, we will re-upload the files into your Dropbox folder.
Payment
You can either upload the file to us first, or you can pay us first. We won’t begin working on the audio until we receive payment, however.
Below, select the total length of your audio files. If you have more than two hours of audio, you will need to add two or more quantities of audio processing. For example, you will need to add two quantities of two-hour audio processing to the shopping cart for a total of four hours of audio processing. Similarly, if you wanted three hours of work done, you would need to add one quantity of two-hour audio processing, and one quantity of one-hour audio processing to the shopping cart.
Next, in the describe audio box, fill in details about what you want done to the audio, such as remove hiss, background hum, etc. In the phone/email box, enter your phone number and/or email address, so that we can contact you should we have questions about the audio. Then just hit the buy now button, and let us do the work for you.
All payments are final, and refunds or further modifications to audio files will be done at the sole descression of Web Friendly Help. Please allow 24 to 72 hours for audio processing.
